HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the product(s) and shipping destination. Once your order has been added to your shopping cart, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically before the payment is finalized.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Toronto, Canada, and is usually delivered within 3-5 business days.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery time. This is beyond our control but a tracking number will be provided.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.

If you do not receive one, please email info@beauteacademystudio.com.

All orders require a signature on delivery. We CANNOT SEND to PO BOXES, please ensure a valid street address is provided.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

Canada Post is used for all our shipping.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes if your shipment is outside of Canada. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that BEAUTÉ ACADEMY INC. does not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to your country.

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by BEAUTÉ ACADEMY INC., please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We accept exchanges and refunds on all our products within 30 days from the date you received your order. 

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Item/s must be in original condition with original packaging remaining in place.
  • Item/s must not have been used, damaged or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements. 

We also cannot accept any returns/exchanges on the following items for sanitary reasons:

  • Needles, blades, microblading handles, design wax pencil, skin marker & ruler

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost. 

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to BEAUTÉ ACADEMY for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@beauteacadmystudio.com and write “Request for Return” in the subject line. Please send us a photo of the product and the reason for the return. Once we review your email, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, you are responsible for shipping the items back to us. Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

*** Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for items returned. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.

BEAUTÉ ACADEMY cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?

To return your product, you should mail your product to 7163 Yonge St. Unit 112 Thornhill, ON CANADA L3T 0C6

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible.  If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply back to you within 24 hours.

If you're exchanging, we will send your new item/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days (after we have received your returned item).

If you're are returning an item, we will refund you through the same method of payment you originally used within 5-10 business days. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged items, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@beauteacademystudio.com.
