NEEDLE CARTRIDGE IS NOT MEANT FOR PIGMENT LOADING. Please be advised, using the same pigment bottle to load and reload ink will contaminate the entire pigment and transfer it to the next client. Use disposable ink cups to load pigment and dip pigment with the needle tip.

WARRANTY

Zenus will provide a 30-day manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase for defective machines that are not accidentally or intentionally broken. Although every machine goes through a strict quality control at the time of shipment, we are happy to replace your machine or parts if they are proven to have a manufacturer’s defect in material and workmanship under normal and proper usage. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
